Vegetable rice noodles

Let's create vegetable rice noodles.
For how many people: 6

material :

3 cups flat rice noodles, 1 cup mixed vegetables (mushrooms, babycorns, carrots), 1/3 cup soybean curd, 1/2 cups oil to fry, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp red chilli powder , 4 tablespoon sugar, 4 table spoon no fish sauce, 4 table spoon vinegar, 1/2 cup bean sprouts, 1/3 cup spring anion, 1 lemon, 2 table spoon roast and grapefruit peanuts.

Method :

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and make it golden.

  2. Then add vegetables and cook well while running.

  3. Put soybean curd, sugar, fish sauce, vinegar and red chilli well.

  4. Now add noodles and mix well.

  5. After adding three-fourths of spring anion, half cup bean sprouts, cook until it is cooked properly.

  6. Put on the serving plate and serve roasted groundnut, decorated with bean sprouts.
