ผิวเหมือนมะกรูต เนื้อเหมือนส้มเกลี้ยง(ส้มจีน) รสไม่เหมือนมะกรูตเลยไม่มีรสขมหรือซ่า ขนาดลูกใหญ่กว่า ทั้งส้มเกลี้ยงและมะกรูตมาก ผิวหน้า ถ้าให้หลับตากินกับดมจะคิดถึงแต่ส้มเกลี้ยง เพราะเหมือนมาก ยกเว้นผิว น้ำมันที่ผิวมีปริมาณมากกว่าส้มเกลี้ยงมาก เวลาหักจะมีน้ำมันที่ผิวพุ่งฟุ้งกระจายถ้าเช้าตาจะแสบมาก โดนมาแล้วกลิ่นแรงมากห่างกันประมาณ 5-6 เมตร ยังได้กลิ่นเลย
แกะเปลือกง่ายแบบส้มเกลี้ยง นี่ถ้าจะทำน้ำมันหอมระเหยคงจะเหมาะดีแน่
