Hola mis amigos y amigas de steemit espero que estén bien bastante bien. El dia de hoy le vengo con una receta de comidas para que puedan hacer en la comodidad de su casa.
La Receta con las que hoy trabajaremos será con:PASTA
Pasta de azafrán
Ingredientes:
-Azafran 7g
-Agua 60ml
-Huevos 2
-Harina de sémola 280g
-Agua helada (Solo si se necesita)
Preparacion:
1)Hervir el azafrán en el agua. Luego derla enfriar
2)Batir juntos los huevos y el agua de azafrán
3)Poner harina en un tazon mientras lentamen le vamos hechando el liquido
4)Amasar hasta hacer una pelota suave (Agregar agua helada si se necesita)
5)Preparar de la misma manera que la masa básica de pasta (Sino sabes como hacer la masa de pasta te recomiendo le visites esta pagina-
