TOMATOES, ROASTED IN A PROVENÇAL STYLE.

 Composition:
Tomato — 5 Pieces Garlic — 4 Cloves Parsley — 100 Grams Bread crumbs — 3 Tbsp. spoon Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp. spoon Salt — to taste Pepper — to taste

  1.  Method of preparation:
    1. Take small tomatoes, wash, cut each into two halves

    2. Prepare sauce – mix in a bowl the breadcrumbs, finely chopped or pressed garlic, salt, ground black pepper, chopped parsley (you can use both fresh and dried), one tablespoon of vegetable oil

    3. Grease the dishes where they will bake the tomatoes in one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Take small tomatoes, wash, cut each into two halves. With a teaspoon carefully apply half of the tomatoes. Spread on a pan or baking sheet.

    Cook in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
