EatMeCoin (EAT) - blockchain meets eating πŸ”πŸ• (+airdrop πŸ’²πŸ’²)

The following post is really useful for people, who live in Baltics (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) or to people, who live in CIS countries and reason for this lies in EatMeCoin (EAT) specifics.

EatMeCoin (EAT) is not ordinary cryptocurrency, what runs on blockchain. It is loyalty coin, what aims to take over currently offered loyalty programs.

Many companies in food sector offer their customers different loyalty programs or some rewards. Lets`s say, you go and order some pizza πŸ• in your favorite food place and they give you some loyalty points for that and transfer them to your loyalty card or account. You can redeem them next time and get some discount or some free food but only in this specific food place or chain. Now, EatMeCoin (EAT) is invented to solve this problem and offers a solution. With EatMeCoin (EAT) you can take loyalty points, what you earned in one company and spend them in another or redeem your points to fiat currency (real money). That makes more value to customer and also for company because customer is more satisfied and will not join another loyalty program so easily.

EatMeCoin (EAT) is already backed by a real business, what is based in Latvia. Their company name is SIA β€œBaltic Bites" and they offer food delivery service in Latvia. If you interested then est.lv is the website. EatMeCoin (EAT) whitepaper says that est.lv is the Latvian food ordering platform leader at the moment also.

Idea is really great in my opinion but all this needs money and that`s why EAT token comes in the game. SIA Baltic Bites will make EAT token to involve everyone to their project. That means, everyone can invest to make EatMeCoin (EAT) possible and since traditional fundraising is so long and complex process, because you have to find private investors and you have to prove them that your idea works, then using tokens to fundraise is much better and faster. More and more companies are using tokens these days to fundraise great projects.

The EAT token will be an ERC20 based running on Ethereum blockchain with it`s own ecosystem. Supply is limited to 100 million tokens and buyers can hold vast majority of EAT tokens. Customers can store their EAT tokens in est.lv account or they can transfer them to private wallet and trade them.

If you want to buy tokens you have to fill a form with you personal information. Also, if you want to make bigger investment, I mean over 15000€ then advanced KYC is required from you because EU money laundering regulations. All funds what token crowdsale will raise is used for the expansion into new markets in Baltics (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) and in CIS countries.

Baltic Bites runs token airdrop at the moment! They are distributing 7.8 million EatMeCoin (EAT) tokens between 30000 participants. This is lottery but each token is worth 0.0002 ETH (~20$) so worth a try I think and IΒ΄m participating already. Airdrop link below! πŸ’²πŸ’£πŸ’²

So, let`s wait the crowdsale and see how much it will collect and how this project develops.

Leave your thoughts to comments! πŸ˜‰

I'm not much of a cook - but this looks simple enough to make. Have you tried cooking while sipping on a Lager?

Huh? This isn't a recipe / foodporn post.
