I tried Intermittent fasting, but I failed it numerous times and just gave up. I rather have a constant source of energy to keep me going throughout the mornings. Also, I love food too much to give up my everyday breakfast of oatmeal with cinnamon and honey.
As for the Filipino diet, white rice can lead to diabetes but not alot of people realize how to utilize that high amount of carbs. If people would have intense workouts after they ate their rice it offsets the storage of fat.
