If you have ever been to Malaysia, you would know that you can find a wide variety of food here. Eating is a very simple task but choosing what to eat may not be as simple as we need to eat good food to be satisfied. Today, I would like to share my experience about a restaurant which is called Moonlight Resonance. We ordered a few dishes and we ate them together with a bowl of rice.
Lemon Fish
The first dish that we ordered was the lemon fish. The fish fillets are deep fried and dipped with lemon sauce. The lemon sauce tastes sour and also sweet at the same time. As you can see, the fish is fried very well and the texture is soft.
Price: RM9 (2.14USD) (Small) and RM17 (4.04 USD) (Large)
Kanxiong Pork Slices
The second dish we ordered is the Kanxiong Pork Slices. The kan xiong pork slices has a spicy taste where the pork slices are dipped in a type of dry curry. The pork slices are pan-fried which is good for people who do not prefer deep-fried meat.
Price: RM8.30(1.98 USD)(small), RM12.30(2.92 USD) (Medium) and RM 19 (4.52USD) (Large)
Japanese Style Honey Chicken Chop
The Japanese Style Honey Chicken Chop is a pan-fried chicken chop where the chicken chop comes with a japanese sauce which is salty and a little sweet. This texture of the meat is really soft.
Price: RM9.50 (2.26USD) (Small), RM18 (4.29USD) (Large)
Cheese Tuna Omelete
The next dish we had was the Cheese Tuna Omelete. The omelete is fried and sliced into eight pieces where each piece has its own portion of tuna and cheese. There was a generous amount of tuna and cheese. This is very different as compared to other omeletes served in Malaysia.

Cabbage
The cabbage is cooked with water and some seasoning which gives it a salty taste and a little spiciness due to red chillies added into this dish. The cabbage is sliced up really nicely and it is very easy to eat.
