Hola comunidad de steemit, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta muy especial, les enseñare como hacer torta de frutas confitadas.
Para esta torta van a necesitar
250gr de mantequilla
500gr de azúcar
3 huevos
1cdita de esencia de vainilla
250gr de harina leudante
150gr de chocolate
250gr de frutas confitadas
Preparación
P1: Bata la margarina y el azúcar hasta lograr una mezcla homogenea y cremosa.
P2: A la mezcla anterior agregar los huevos uno por uno junto con la esencia de vainilla.
P3: Agregar la harina alternandola con la mezcla anterior. Incorpore las frutas confitadas y el chocolate. Vierta en un molde, previamente engrasado y enharinado y cocine por 1hra a 250 grados.
Y lista para degustar.
