Hola amigos hoy les traigo una super receta que espero les guste.
Torta de vainilla con decorado de buttercream de oreo.
Ingredientes para la torta:
500gr de harina de trigo con leudante
250gr de mantequilla
500gr de azúcar
6 huevos
2 tazas de leche
1cda de vainilla
Decoración y relleno:
1litro de buttercream
Leche
Un paquete de galletas oreo de chocolate
Preparación:
P1: Cierna tres veces la harina con el polvo de hornear y una Pisca de sal.
P2: Caliente la margarina hasta que esté suave. Añadir gradualmente el azúcar y luego hasta tener una crema suave y ligera. Agregue los huevos uno a uno y batir bien.
P3: Por último añade la mezcla anterior de harina alternando con la leche a la que previamente se le añade la vainilla. Vierta la mezcla en un molde engrasado y enharinado y lleve al horno por 30min a 375 grados.
Para el decorado:
P1: Con un triturador de galletas pase a triturar 10 galletas.
P2: En un bol montar la buttercream con leche, al conseguir una crema compacta y agregar las galletas trituradas.
P3: Echar la crema en una manga y pasar a a decorar la torta, se abre por la mitad se agrega un poco de crema como relleno, se tapa y luego se termina de decorar la cubierta
