Trout is one of the specialties of my hometown Swat khyber pakhtunkhwa,where there are multiple trout farms one can visit with their families and have a good time catching your own trout fish and feasting it
You start off with catching your own trout from a number of banks these fish farms have created where breeding takes place.
Next up is waiting for your delicious fish dish while enjoying the serene beauty of the Swat valley
Served in a hotpot with the traditional naan or roti as it is called in our Country,the trout is all set to be devoured!
It is definitely a dish to be tried if one has an opportunity to visit this close to nature serene place called Swat valley
