Ingredients:

4 eggs
1 grated lemon zest
150 g ground almonds
Preparation:
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Step 2
Mix flour + 125 g of sugar + 4 egg yolks + 125 g of butter and lemon zest.
Step 3
Extend the dough and cut into washers 4 cm in diameter and place them on a baking sheet.
Step 4

I dont think you ever made macaroons, to start with you need to use almond flour something you never mention, also your missing key steps like taking egg white and beating them into airy clouds with soft peaks.
