Here we go now simple and easy
This curry is great, and easy to cook just following the way I'm been cooking never go wrong.
Always prep first and setup and make sure you have everything ready to go. Cooking thai food prep is very important plus make it easy when cooking.
Lets it start
Red curry can and can coconut milk
When I cook red curry I use this brand better taste MAESSRI RED CURRY PASTE and coconut milk is
MAE PLOY COCONUT CREAM.
tbspn of red curry with olive oil add lime leaf stir first then add tbspn of coconut milk stir for awhile when it started to bubble add little water simmer. when doing this take your time.
Chicken slice dice cut.
add chicken to red curry stir little, let it simmer for awhile, wait till it start boiling.
Adding half the coconut milk from the can and 1/2 water, cooking for at least half to hour check and stir little.
Yellow Squash diced I use half or whole up to you of the squash or zucchin same way
Add the yellow squash and add Thai fish sauce tbsp. simmer for 20 minute after show off stove.
Wait at least one hour and then served with steamed jasmine rice.
Thai fish sauce I use TRA CHANG BRAND FISH SAUCE
Always taste to see if need more thai fish sauce
