Fillet of turkey, in my opinion, is more delicious than chicken. Dishes are not obtained as dry as from chicken breast, but are cooked just as quickly.
500 g turkey fillets
1 onion
2 tablespoons butter
100 g feta
salt, pepper to taste

Peel the turkey fillet and dry with a paper towel. Cut the fillets into cubes.
In butter, fry, cut into half rings of onions. Add the slices of turkey, cook all together, stirring, about 10 minutes, until the slices of turkey blush.
Rinse the cheese, add to the frying pan, add salt, season the dish with pepper to taste, mix. Cover with a lid and let the cheese melt a little. Instead of cheese, you can take a chevre or usual hard cheese, grated.
