I know just what you mean! I've tried dozens of microwave mug cakes and baked goods in general and most of the time I'm disappointed. But this one and the several others I mentioned above are really quite tasty. If you gave them to someone in a blind taste test, I don't think they would know the difference. Let me know if you give it a try. Would love to know what you think.
