Lempang cake is one of the traditional cakes from Indonesia. This lempang cake has a sweet taste and soft texture so it is suitable and delicious with our tongue. To make melted cake is also very easy, but must be careful in the process of making it to get maximum results.

Lempang cake is using the main ingredients of rice flour, sweet potato flour, sugar, thick coconut milk and green color produced from natural pandan leaves. This cake is usually served with a sprinkling of steamed grated coconut.
