Today I will teach you how to prepare this dish.
1.-1 kilogram of sweet potato.
2.-1/2 cup of whole milk.
3.-2 tablespoons of butter.
4.-2 tablespoons of honey.
5.-2 tablespoons of sugar.
6.-Salt and pepper.
Now as for the preparation, we peel the sweet potatoes, boil them in enough water with the sugar until they are soft, drain them and pass them hot by a mash or crush with a wooden spoon, heat the milk in a pot, butter, honey, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. We add the mash little by little. This should be thick, put the preparation in a refractory mold, bake at 350 F for 15 minutes, it is very rich with pork, turkey or lamb.
