Cabbage cutlets

It so happened that I had a lot of sauerkraut left, and I decided to make cutlets out of it.
This is a very simple recipe. For about 0.5 kg of cabbage, add 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of soda and about 5 tablespoons of flour. Mix everything and make meatballs.

No need to add salt, cabbage is already salty

Then fry the cutlets in a pan on both sides and you're done. It turns out very tasty. I recommend cooking.
