Pork stewed with cabbage

This recipe is very popular in Germany.

You will need: 0.5 kg of pork, half a head of white cabbage, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 bell pepper, 2 tablespoons. tomato paste, 2 bay leaves, 3 allspice peas, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 150 ml of broth, parsley, salt, ground pepper, 60 ml of vegetable oil.

Preparation: Chop the meat, mix with salt, pepper, lemon juice and spices. Add 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and leave to marinate for half an hour.

Fry the pork until golden brown, add chopped onions, carrots and continue to fry for another 3 minutes. Pour in the broth with tomato paste, mascara for 20 minutes. Add chopped cabbage, bell peppers, and tomies for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
