RECIPE FOR THE PUMPKIN CAKE

in #food5 years ago

This cake that I made for the celebration of my husband's 40th birthday (One floor for each decade) is very easy to make, economical, tasty and nutritious. Here are the instructions for its preparation

INGREDIENTS

Sugar 1 kg. (2,20462 pounds)
Leavening wheat flour 1 kg. (2,20462 pounds)
Margarine 800 gr. (1.7637 pounds)
10 eggs
Cheese 100 gr. (0.220462 pounds)
Pumpkin 1 kg. (2,20462 pounds)
Milk 200 ml.
Vanilla essence to taste

PREPARATION

Mix the sugar with the margarine with a mixer for about 15 minutes, then incorporate the eggs and half of the milk, interspersed with the flour that should be added sprinkled (in the form of rain).

Boil the pumpkin without removing the shell until it is soft. Let it cool, remove the shell and blend with the rest of the milk.

The mixture is incorporated with the pumpkin, the grated cheese and the essence of vanilla. This mixture is placed in four round molds of different sizes previously buttered and floured. It is taken to the oven preheated to 180ºC (356 °F) during one hour approximately.

To know if it is ready, insert a stick, if it comes out dry because it is ready. Allow to cool and place in order of size to form the tower.

I hope you elaborate it, enjoy it and tell me how you thought!
