Before the year ends and after a fruitful days, our boss treat us to a very nice dinner which is a few blocks away from our work office.
"Bossing" - an eat all you can casual dine grill buffet which is located at the ground floor of Ali Mall Cubao Quezon City...
The regular price for the buffet is P350. That includes weekends. Not bad at all. Late in the afternoon on a weekday. There were people already eating when we got there, but shortly thereafter, they left.
It’s not too noisy and there tables are apart enough to fit inside the restaurant. You may have to rearrange the tables if you are in a large party. The tables and chairs are simple though. Maybe a bit uncomfortable since there’s no cushion. And also, it might be annoying if you’re sitting near the buffet line. If it gets too crowded, they might bump into you while you’re eating. The area looks small, especially if there’s a huge crowd. There are extra rooms on the sides though.

If you look around the dining area there are funny cartoons on the side, mostly jokes and references that most pinoys would recognize. There are signature boards and the buffet rules.
Now, for the food. They serve mostly Filipino dishes and Filipino desserts. Their staple food, as mentioned, at Bossing’s Grill is the bagnet and sisig. While we were there, they served grilled chicken, fried chicken, fish fillet, ampalaya, bangus, sweet & sour pork, squid, adobo, pancit canton and so much more. They also have kakanin and halo-halo. They also have soup.

I really love the Special Rice with squid and mussels. I had a lot of servings of this.
What are our favorites? It’s Crispy Pata hands down. My Boss and my colleagues favorite was their fried chicken. Just eat in moderation as it’s soaked in cooking oil, plus the fatty portion of the pork.You might get full prematurely. Try everything out. Yes, they have gulaman so feel free to splurge, but eat moderately and responsibly.
Refilling the food trays is one important aspect, especially if the place is packed with people. The other dishes were refilled quickly.
There are enough choices for everyone and would surely satisfy your craving for pinoy food.Overall its a great place to dine.
