That looks delicious! And you can smell the smells of spices. This stew reminded me of the meals my grandmother made, which included a lot of fire and many seasonings: the preparations were rituals that began over time, little by little. Quite a process. Thanks Nancy. It really is, the flavors go well together. Anything cooked over a real fire tastes so much better. I always look forward to that aspect of camping—cooking over the campfire.
