A crispy base of Sesame Croc, fresh Mango with some Red Pepper and Apricot Jam, Mango Mousse, Joconde Biscuit and a jelly of Passion Fruit/Mango.
Decoration: Blades and Peppers from Chocolate, fresh Mango and pieces of Sesame Croc.
