This is so cool! We did adventure in making sushi and it doesn't take a bit of time. Never seen rainbow ones, makes it fun!

Thank you! It is definitely much more time consuming trying to make rainbow ones. I suggest choosing just one or two colours if you want to give it a go otherwise you'll be hungry! Haha.
