A perfect cold weather meal! You can also do this in a crock pot (which is great if you are busy and want to 'set and forget') - basically, drop everything in (without browning meat etc) and then go for 10 hours on Low or 5-6 hours on High. In the last 30 mins, mix 1/4 cup of water with 1/4 of flour and add to thicken it up.
