Вот и у меня случился первый раз - первые галеты в жизни. Галеты получились отменные - с яблоками, сливами и кешью, печально только, что много яблок сюда не запихнешь. Если у ва есть вкуснющие яблочные рецепты кроме шарлотки и цветаевского пирога, то будем очень рады их исполнить)

Ну название такое, тесто рубленное)
я всегда думала, что галеты - это заварное тесто, гладкое такое, как на сушках
Есть такое, но только это галета, вид пирога на рубленное тесте) а есть галеты, как печенье на заварном)
