Strawberry fruit, red when it is cooked, but whitish green when the process develops. The taste of this fruit is sweet. Although most of what we find is sour-sweet.
Fruits that we can find in these cool climates, usually processed into additional flavors of food, liquor and powder ingredients, ingredients for fragrances and so forth.
