It is true love is the greatest gift of all,but one can only love well and think well when he has eaten well. My love for food is completely on another level and I could confidently say that I am a foodie,i love to try out new dishes and experiment. let's just say I speak love through food.
Sometime last week I read about the #Honey Garlic Pork Chopand decided to try it out,guess what guys? It came out perfect,it's taste was out of this world. This was the best pork chop I have ever had and I would like to share it's recipes with you.

INGREDIENTS
- 4 boneless Pork chop (1inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- Salt (to taste)
- Cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Grease your baking dish.
- Preheat the oven 175 degrees C
- Season your pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Get a bowl add honey,brown sugar,soy sauce, minced garlic and butter. Whisk together.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet (frying pan). Add your seasoned pork chops and turn every 2-3minutes until both sides are brown.
- Transfer #pork chops to the greased baking dish and pour your honey mixture.
- The baking dish can now go into the preheated oven.allow to bake for the next 20-25minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow it cool before serving.
