Es hermoso cuando el día se presenté excelente calor templado después de una abundante lluvia, la cual para estos tiempos es poco extraña debido a la gran sequia que nos tiene mal a todos, pero en la medida que se pueda como lo ven compartimos un sabroso asado de domingo, el cual consiste en un costillas de ternera, medio vacío también de ternera y cuatro roscas de chorizo casero de carne de cerdo, que la verdad es en chorizo lo mas sabroso que existe, como se la parrilla da para mas pero como nos fallaron comensales se redujo la cantidad de carne, la verdad que muy sabrosa, luego de dar vuelto dicho asado esperamos un rato y comenzamos a degustarlo, que la verdad no quedo nada.
A veces es mejor que alcance justo, buena otras veces sobro asado el cual se cocino en un guisado al otro día, que la verdad es mas rico todavía
