Kota comes from the word "Quarter"...Taking a full loaf of white bread and cutting it into four equal parts and starving it with all favorite junks.

Kota is mostly common in the Townships as it is more affordable.

Ingredients:

1. Mango atchar

2. Fried potato chips (fries)...I prefer to at my favorite sauces

3. Cheese with my favorite "very hot african sauce"

4. Pork specials

5. French polony and half russian

Even if its Township food a good local wine/beer is always recommend for me.

Really nice looking food! Thank you for sharing the recipe. Not sure if I can purchase all the ingredients over here in the Netherlands but will definitely try and find it and make it! It's great to find and try new dishes!
