It never fails to make people say “yum!”.I really loved this dish. It is basically eggs poached in a spicy tomato sauce. It has many other veggies other than egg. It is served with bread or flatbread. Many variants are available and link at end of the posts they will help you to get those recipes. My sister loves this dish and thanks me every time i make this dish.
I prepared this dish for some 20 times till now i guess. it never felt boring. By the way i am making it today too. It was suggested by my friend. It can be served as breakfast, lunch, snacks and even dinner.
Problem with the dish is you need to have patience till you complete it!
Trust me I lick it every now and then while preparing it. it just feels so good.
