A bread cannot be made without a flour and bread is my favorite food during breakfast. However, the price of commercial flour increased for around 10%. It is just based on my own calculation through comparing the old price to the new price that existed. That's the reason many bakery increased their selling price.
Many bakery or small business owner face this problem and no wonder why their breads was cut in smaller grams or pieces for the sake of no price hike on their breads. A single bread like pandesal would cost 2 pesos or .38 cents.That's why I am glad to find a bakery which sells a 1 peso pandesal.

I woke up early and do my morning routine preparing breakfast. After I cooked, I went outside and walk to the nearest bakery in our community. I love the ambiance of an early morning fog. Looking towards that sky and the green fields calms my senses.
I took some photos of these plants that I saw while on my way to the bakery. I know that they were selling these plants. Some of them was ideal for designing garden or place it indoor.
This spot were my dog's favorite part when he was still alive. I always remember him when I looked in this area. When we do our morning walk, he sniffs on that huge mango tree and the entire grass that surrounds will be water by his pee. He's a generous dog all this time lol.
After few minutes, I arrived at the bakery and many costumers buys sorts of breads as they will resell it. This bakery has different breads but a lot cheaper. Maybe their main costumers prefered bread with an affordable price.
They sell breads like monay, spanish bread, hopiang baboy, brownies, torta, toasted bread, and pandesal that only cost 1 peso.
The lady owner gave me my pandesal. It is still warm. It is quite small and light in weight. I guess it is given the fact that they needed to evaluate and compute their ingredients in return of the said price.
I haven't took some photo of this pandesal. Sorry, next time I will share how was the texture and the taste of this pandesal. I spread some mayonaise and start my breakfast with some newly brewed coffee.
