Malanga fritters

Hi friends. Today I want to share with you a cooking recipe: “Malanga fritters”. It is an exquisite dish, very inexpensive and it is made in a very short time. Without further ado I tell you how to do it. For example for this one that I show you in the image I used:
Ingredients
1 large taro,
6 garlic cloves *, finely chopped
1 egg,
1 cup of oil
1 teaspoon of cumin,
White or black pepper (the amount and variety to suit everyone),
1 medium onion finely chopped,
1 teaspoon full seasoning
Salt to taste
Any other seasoning that you want to add, the frituritas assimilate it

  • I recommend garlic to be natural and not powdered. It is the ingredient that gives the point of exquisiteness.
    Preparation
    Grate, with the part of the smallest holes of the grater, grater or guayo, as you know it, the taro so that it is finite, pasta-like. Add all the ingredients and stir to mix well. If desired, try a pinch of the preparation to see if it has the point or flavor you want. I recommend letting it rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Then heat the oil over medium heat. Wait for it to heat up well without letting it get too hot. With a medium spoon, always stirring the dough first, take portions and fry until golden brown. These frituritas are much more appetizing if they are served fresh. Enjoy!
