Here is my new blog, in which i'll tell you about the Preparation of Orange Carrot juice and i will also discuss about its benifits.
Procedure:-
- Take oranges and cut them.
- Extract juice from them with the help of juice extracter and collect juice in a pan.
- Now take carrots and cut them into small pieces.
- Then extract juice from carrots usnig juicer and collect the juice of carrots in another pan.
- Then mix both juices (Orange juice and Carrot juice).
- Taste the mixture and if required, add some amount of salt (NaCl) according to requirement.

Orange carrot juice contains wide range of Vitamins and minerals such as. It contains Vitamin A which is the most crucial nutrient necessary for protecting eyes. This juice is also rich in Vitamin C. It also provide Vitamin (C, D, E, K, B-1, B-6) as well as Minerals (Potassium, Calcium, Iron. People with iron deficiency are advised to drink orange carrot juice. It decreases risk for heart disease. Carrots works to lower Cholestrol. It protect against cancer. This juice also boost the skin health and helps in healing of wound.
