My wife Andrea makes the worlds best lasagna. She also "wings it" Never the same ingredient measures. Unlike the "three cheese" lasagna, I call her's "three pound" lasagna because it has so many ingredients such as; ground beef, pork, sausage, and multiple cheeses.
