Ideal para reuniones en familia,amigos. etc. Te diré la receta super facil y economica en solo 7 sencillos pasos.

Ingredientes: Ingredients:
200 ml De leche líquida *200 ml Liquid milk
200 ml De Jugo de parchita *200 ml Parchita Juice

Trituramos las galletas hasta lograr que estén en polvo pueden ser en un licuador y agregar la mantequilla hasta que se haga una masa y estirar con un rodillo mínimo 1 cm de grosor.

Paso 5 - Step 5

En el bol donde ya tenemos la mezcla de acabamos de hacer vamos a agregar la mitad de la leche que esta en el cazo en forma de hilo y mezclar muy bien hasta que se integren muy bien todos los ingredientes.

Paso 6 - Step 6

Dejar hervir la otra parte de la leche 1 minuto hasta que hierva, luego agregar a la mezcla que ya tenemos hasta que se tibie y así podemos agregar a la galleta.

Paso 7 - Step 7

En otro bol colocamos la clara del huevo y mezclamos con batidora hasta punto de nieve y agregar poco a poco la azúcar hasta integrarla y colocar en una manga para adornar el pie por todo el borde.

Con varias cucharadas de mermelada de parchita agregamos en el medio de pie como parte de la decoración.
