Friday the 13th, raining & cloudy here in Berlin. Well, not let to get affected with this ugly weather. Instead, I wanna cheer you up your mood... so, I thought about to share you the pict. of my own "Risotto with Gambas" that I cooked a week ago, cooked into butter, onion, rosemary, white wine and on top with grated dark chocolate, fried cherry tomatoes, roasted garlic & as usual Gambas & fresh rosemary.
My husband was surprised when he saw chocolate on top together with Gambas 😱but when he taste it, hmmm... 😋 he can't get enough & he was very satisfied. Our daughter as well. Oh well her? First, her reaction on her face Gambas 🍤 with chocolate 🍫 ? 😳😕 but instead after she tried then continued to eat 'til she finished... Mummy, best food ever!!! 😁😊😘 Everyone had a very satisfying dinner at the end. Both not stopping to thank me with huge smile for having this such a great dinner.

It is very creative to have chocolate on risotto. Does it taste sweet or salty?
Thank you 😊 sweet not really, has a very good combination between of little sweetness from grated dark chocolate & the salty from gambas & little salt that added into rice while cooking & with the roasted garlic that made more fantastic.
