PORK RIBS IN TOMATO SAUCE. THE EAR OF THE CATFISH.Two recipes from my home cooking.

Composition:
Pork ribs
Onion
Tomato paste
Ground black pepper
Salt
Parsley.

Method of preparation:
1. Half an hour before cooking RUB the pork ribs with salt and ground black pepper.

2. Fry the pork ribs over high heat on both sides until Golden brown, add the onions finely chopped and lightly fry.

3. Add the tomato, stir fry for 2 minutes, then add boiling water to cover ribs. Stir. Turn down the fire. Cover with a lid.

4. Cook until it thickens. Serve sprinkled with parsley.


THE EAR OF THE CATFISH

 Composition:
catfish (head) - 300g
catfish (fillet) - 300g
potatoes - 3 PCs.
onion - 1 PC.
carrot - 1 PC.
parsley (chopped greens) - 2 tbsp
vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Bay leaf - 1 PC.
allspice (peas) - 3 PCs.
black pepper (peas) - 3 PCs.
salt - to taste.

Method of preparation:

1. Head catfish, cut into several pieces, washed, if som then put a small whole and cook for 30 minutes Then add washed and sliced portions fillets, Bay leaf, pepper and salt, cook on low heat for 15 min.

2. Peel the potatoes, wash, slice, add to the pot. Cook for 15 minutes.

3. Onions clean, wash, finely chop. Carrots to clear, RUB on a large grater, to spasserovat in butter with onions.

4. Peretarka add the broth and cook for another 5 minutes, add the parsley, Bay leaf, salt, black peppercorns and black pepper powder. Ear ready.
