Watermelon:

Dr Sarah Samaan is a cardiologist, he says watermelon is the best food for our heart.Watermelon is the good source of lycopene and lycopene reduce the risk of heart diseases and cancer.Samaan says watermelon is also important for the health of blood vessel and it can be beneficial for the nervousness and diabetes patients.Wate melon is also a good source of antioxidants.Commonly water contains Vitamins and Minerals such as potassium magnesium.

Yogurt is another diet that is very beneficial for our heart.Dr Andrea Paul is a physician and cheef medical officer, she says Yogurt protect our heart from many diseases.Paul also says choose a cup of Yogurt that will protect your heart.Yogurt protects against dental diseases.According to Poul when we eat low-fat Yogurt then we find out powerful antioxidants, vitamins and fibers which are beneficial for our overall health and digestion process.

Berries are the rich source of antioxidants.It is very important food for our heart.Berries provide us healthy heart and fight against heart diseases.Berries have also reduced the risk of blood pressure, increase HDL and low bad cholesterol level in our body.If we use fat-free food then these type of food provide us nutrients and protects our bones.Due to small cancer, we have to face oxidation and inflammation problems.Berries contain polyphenols and polyphenols cause blood vessels to relax.

Walnuts:

Walnuts are the good source of omega 3 fatty acid and antioxidants.Walnuts improve the work of our heart.Bridget Swinney says if we eat two walnuts in the day then they improve blood vessels and heart functions.
Walnuts have also reduced the risk of heart diseases.Swinney is also saying walnuts low the cholesterol level in our body and improve our hunger.

We can also add almonds to baked goods, Crandall says instead of adding almonds to wheat we should use almonds flour.
