The fusion of West and east food, part eastern style the chicken taste rice and western style grilling type chicken.
The sauce is a type of West mushroom taste and eastern chilli topping sauce.
If I will be giving a rating it would be 7.5 out of 10. It's would be great if the right cooking balancing of the meat tenderness.
