Quickly prepared - Delicious Salmon filet with Almond-cauliflower - 📷>recipe guide<

Hi Steemians! A carbohydrate-poor diet not only contributes to the superfluous pounds but also increases the general well-being since the stomach has to work less heavily to digest. The following recipe is also excellent for the metabolic diet.


Ingredients for 2 people



1 small cauliflower
40 grams of butter
4 tbsp almonds (flakes)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 pieces of salmon
10 stings chervil
1 organic lemon
Salt and pepper to season


1. Clean the cauliflower, cut it small and cook for 6 minutes.



2. Meanwhile, butter melt in a skillet. Roast the almond flakes in the butter, & add the finished cauliflower. Taste with salt and pepper and keep it warm warm.





3. Remove salmon from all sides with salt seasoning and fry in olive oil for 2-3 minutes.



4. Chop the chervil and mix with the cauliflower, season with lemon juice and serve with the salmon!
