@ssjsasha Seems interesting! Although, I don't think I could handle going without food a majority of the day xD. I assume you prefer the "16/8" method then? This is something I will need to further research. Question: do you find yourself becoming drowsy the longer you wait to eat? Or maybe right after eating, becoming tired? && If you don't mind, I'm also quite curious what this meal above consists of... looks absolutely amazing. 👍

If you find yourself getting drowsy then you probably have something called insulin resistance, one of the best things about intermittent fasting is that it helps with insulin. Doing some research is key, youtube is a good place.
