This is the guy who does the video on what's causing all the diabetes and it's not sugar. Once I started looking at the ingredients on cans, boxes, packaged gravies, sauces, etc., I was shocked to be honest because he was right, it's in about everything people eat. Modified corn starch, so basically, fake corn starch. Even many of the name brands have it. He said it takes your body three weeks to recover from one serving of modified corn starch, and just imagine it is quite possible people are digesting it two, three times a day depending on what they eat. When I say everything, I mean literally just about everything, those jar sauces, gravy mix packages, boxed dinners, canned soups, seasoning packets, the list is endless.
