Hello, my friends!

Yesterday I prepared a risotto with cod, mussels, pumpkin and leeks.
A huge pan of delicious food.
Not quite a classic recipe for risotto, but it turned out very tasty.
Wife was delighted!
The dish is prepared simply.
It is not necessary to have arborio rice, it is enough to have the usual round-grain rice.
The secret is that you need to pre-fry rice in butter.

Gestern habe ich ein Risotto mit Kabeljau, Muscheln, Kürbis und Lauch vorbereitet.
Eine riesige Pfanne mit leckerem Essen.
Nicht wirklich ein klassisches Rezept für Risotto, aber es ist sehr lecker geworden.
Frau war begeistert!
Das Gericht ist einfach zubereitet.
Es ist nicht notwendig, Arborio Reis zu haben, es genügt, den üblichen Rundkornreis zu haben.
Das Geheimnis ist, dass Sie Reis in Butter vorbraten müssen.
