Hey! Have you started well into the new week? 😊 I had a crush on chocolate chip waffles with fruity ice cream today πŸ™ŠπŸ¦ For me it's always like that, as soon as summer approaches, I really enjoy eating ice cream πŸ™ you too? And you have a favorite type of ice cream? 😊 I usually choose something fruity like strawberry, lemon or even vanilla πŸ˜‹ Today, my waffles had blueberry ice cream from @lyckamovement which is delicious and has great ingredients. Some call it advertising, but I call it a heartfelt affair, as @lyckamovement was recently able to realize the 1 million donated school meals from the revenue ❀ Really a great team with great products! πŸ™ Of course, I write you my waffle recipe right here again! 😊 What is yours today? 😊

RECIPE for 4 Belgian waffles:
75 g spelled flour 630, 20 g coconut flour, 90 ml 'milk', about 50 ml mineral water, 40 g unsweetened apple marrow / apple banana purée, ca 4 g baking powder, 20 gr almond flour (or other), 1-2 tbsp xucker & optional flavor. Mix all liquid ingredients and the dry ingredients separately. Then mix everything & bake them for about 3-4 minutes depending on the waffle iron. Then take it out carefully and let it cool down ❀

RECIPE for 4 belgian waffles:
75 gr spelled flour, 20 gr coconut flour, 90 ml plantb. milk, 50 ml sparkling water, 40 gr. unsweetened apple sauce, 4 gr baking powder, 1 tbsp almond butter or healthy oil and 1 tbsp natural sweetener of your choice like Erythritol or coconut blossom sugar. Mix everything and bake your waffles with a bit of oil for 3-4 minutes in your waffle iron😊
