在外打拼的上班族、學生、甚至老闆們，有時候沒得選擇，只能素食解決一餐，也許在孩子的眼中是羨慕的、也許在家人眼中是擔心的，永遠要記得，可以選擇是幸福的。
我們來假設幾種狀況：
1）想不到吃什麼，所以選擇最近的、最順眼的、最方便的。
2）剛好有某個優惠卷，不想浪費所以使用它。
3）目的明確，非它不可。
今天如果不考慮價格底下，大部分選擇都會說1、2，但如果今天變成這種狀況：
4）只有一家路口小吃，又貴又難吃但是附近沒有其他的餐廳。
這時候沒得選擇，而且在同一種風格的環境下，容易讓人產生膩倦感，這是十分可惜的；但很有趣的是，時間越久，慢慢會越來越多人自己處理飲食問題，自己帶便當等等，這十分有趣，有興趣大家可以做做看實驗，跟公司、朋友，玩玩看，相信會有更多的答案喔！
