Do you love shrimp with squid balls? You have to try this easy homemade this balls recipe. Inspired by the salmon & pork balls that I made yesterday, I ventured into making shrimp with squid ball today. Just greasy a meat and sea food then the special taste of ball will refresh your taste buds and make the dinner more delicious.

This is my snack or main dish eaten with rice. On the streets or everywhere they sell shrimp and squid balls but I couldn't feel the taste of shrimp and squid in it..In my recipe, the main ingredients are fresh squid and fresh shrimp, not the commercial kind that are filled with starch and binders.

Material

  • Shrimp
  • Squid
  • Pork
  • Garlic
  • Cooking oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Crispy flour
  • Other spices

Step one:

Wash the shrimp and squid and other ingredients, add a little minced pork to make this dish fatter.

Heat the oil over medium-high heat and fry balls for 5-8 minutes or until the ballts turn golden brown. Repeat the process until the fish mix will finish..
If you want more crunchy balls, roll the nmixed balls through fried dough so that the dough sticks to the end of the shrimp with squid ball.
