That sounds amazing ! I will have to try it . As a side note, I'm Eastern European(Romanian), we never put mayonnaise on our vegetable salads. For just a vegetable salad we would use either some vinegar or lemon juice depending on what was available; and if it was a shredded cabbage salad we would use oil and vinegar and/or lemon juice (availability), salt, pepper, and sometimes the secret ingredient being sour cream.
