Stay Healthy and smart, Best foods for healthy life and to end Obesity

Taking low calories is not always good for health to reduce obesity .Following healthy foods will help you to reduce weight, to satisfied you longer and more reasonable weight loss results.

Fresh Avocado

No doubt, fresh avocado is naturally enriched essential amino acids, B vitamins minerals which fight against stress. These are also loaded fiber which help you stay full longer. However avocados are source of high calories but these show best results when taken in moderate healthy diet.

Leafy Vegetables

Incorporating leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale, spinach, Swiss chard and collards into daily used dishes like sauces, soups and omelets to end obesity. Vitamins A, C, K and B are naturally in abundance in leafy vegetables and these are best in foliate, calcium and potassium. These foods provide you full longer satisfaction.

Salmon and Omega-3 Rich Foods

Foods that are loaded with salmon, omega-3 fatty acids, can help to combat signs of stress by regulating stress hormones and controlling cortisol and adrenaline. Grilled salmon should be taken for effective results to end obesity in lunch salad.

Fresh Blueberries

Blueberries are rich in antioxidants as well as vitamin C. Moreover blueberries fight stress and strengthen the immune system. Blueberries should be used after addition pancakes, yogurt, muffins and fresh whipped cream.

Whole Eggs

If you want to end obesity then avoid egg and egg products even though egg is excellent source of protein which is important part of our daily diet. To lose weight try to use vegetables in morning egg dishes or incorporate eggs in dinner or lunch recipes. Simply use sliced egg which will keep you full and satisfied for more time.

Nuts & Seeds

No doubt healthy nuts and seeds are valuable source of healthy fats enriched with vitamins. Nuts and seeds have high calories so if you take in even in little dose then you can satisfy your hunger so you need to eat less. You should incorporate in small amounts in your daily diet.

Oats

A small amount of warm oats is quite comfort food for long lasting energy and it contains high fiber content which help you full longer. Oats also regulate serotonin level which help you to fight against stress and anxiety. Use oat flour in place of wheat flour in muffins, bread, and cookies.

Green Beans

Fiber which keeps you full longer satisfying. To breakdown high fiber foods, more energy requires so more calories needs to burn with no extra effort. Beans should be incorporated in chilies, stews, salads or bean spreads for more satisfying weigh loss results.

Broccoli

This vegetable is excellent source of nutrients especially Vitamin C, fiber, and stress reducing Vitamin B, and low in calories.Magnesium and folic acid are found in broccoli in abundance which reduce stress and anxiety. Soups, omelets, stir fry and salads should be fortified with broccoli to eliminate obesity.

Yogurt

Probiotcs which are live bacteria in yogurt are important to gut health and reduce symptoms of anxiety and stress. When you purchase yogurt read carefully label and ensure you are buying yogurt with live micro flora. Try to avoid those brands which contain artificial sweeteners and colors.
