the brownies:
1cc of instant coffee
2 tablespoons of water
vanilla (me always vanilla bourbon)
65gr of fermenting flour
65gr of cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
125gr of sugar
60gr of butter
3 egg whites.
prep:
- Mix in a bowl, flour, cocoa and salt.
In another bowl, combine the sugar, coffee, butter and egg whites.
Mix the 2 bowls together.
- Butter a square dish (I had only one round) and pour the dough.
- Cook for 22 minutes in a crazy 180 °.
- Cool in the pan and cut into squares.
