Receta vegana posible de hamburguesas de lentejas rojas. Las lentejas rojas (que podéis atinar en manejos de ollaasiática), al no entramparse corteza, se pueden mantenerse en remojo poco periodo y permiten cocinar estas hamburguesas veganas sin trazar el vencimiento por lo que precede. Os sugerimos esta terapéutica con unos componentesmínimos para que sean fáciles de labrar, no obstante siempre podéis unir poco admisiblemente picadito (como chiles, champiñones, etc.) a la avalancha o modificar el perejil por culantro y darle así otro golpe flamante.
